The installation went well and the Radon level dropped from 14 to 1. He also waited for a week to ensure that the levels came down before invoicing. This was an assurance that they cared about the result of their work. Installation was clean and areas were left clean after the job was done. Overall very satisfied and will recommend them.

I contacted 3 different companies for radon mitigation. Guardian was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but from the way David explained their process and provided their quote, I reviewed all offers again and asked my questions. Guardian won out for good reasons: they provided the electrical hook up and explained I wouldn't owe them anything until they got my radon levels down to minimum required level of "4". That really got my attention. (My final test came in at a "1.4"). The other companies never even mentioned this; they just gave me a quote and never mentioned these types of details. One company specified I needed to hire an electrician on my own for the electric hook up, and they simply said payment was due upon completion of the job and no mention of follow-up testing. They may have failed to mention it, but David didn't miss a thing in his breakdown of his quote, not to mention his attention to detail and quality of work , as well as his friendly and personable approach with me or my wife. With this level of professionalism and quality of work, I wouldn't hesitate to call Guardian Pro again if I were to need any of their services.
